Dear all! I am trying to estimate a translogarithmic cost function with a panel data. I need to impose linear restrictions on the sum of coefficients: e.g. b1+b2+b3=1. However, I need to do this while using fixed effects. Thus, cnsreg is not a suitable command. Can anyone help me on this issue...
