2 way ANOVA with big 5 data

#1
So i've been tasked to do a 2 way anova and been given a huge stack of data in which people have answered all the big 5 questions. so my hypothesis is regarding interaction of gender and social context on extraversion scores. so for SPSS shall i isolate the extraversion scores and get rid of the scores for the other aspects? and if so, should i include each question response about extraversion in seperate columns or just have one column with each participants overall extraversion score (all the Q responses combined) please help i am very confused

What sense would it make to use the single items of the extraversion scale instead of the sum score?
Have you been instructed to do it that way?

With kind regards
