"A one standard deviation increase"

#1
Hello,

I have to do a quiz on the paper "DISHONESTY AND SELECTION INTO PUBLIC SERVICE". The authors write following on the table attached: "A one standard deviation increase in dice points reported corresponds to a 4.2 percent increase in the probability of preferring a government job".
I don't understand how they derived the change of 4.2% increase in the probabilty.

Thank you for any help. Table3A.JPG

I am not familiar with the probit model, but I wonder if there is a plogis transformation you need to make to get the coefficient onto the probability scale. Or something of that nature.
