A simple question on the table of regression analysis results

I would like to ask a simple question on the regression analysis result as I am still learning the regression analysis in progress while I need to study research paper at the same time. What are the numbers in brackets (e.g. (0.084)) in below picture and are the numbers above the bracket numbers coefficients? What are the interpretations of these numbers?

Less is more. Stay pure. Stay poor.
Did you read the footnotes below the tables? Top numbers are coefficients, change in dependent variable with unit change in independent variable.

SE values and Tscores. It says this under the tables.
SE are population standard deviation estimates and tscores estimated for number of stdevs away from null in testing.

Fortran must die
The tables are lousy. Better ones generate the slopes and p values (these simply tell you they are sig at a certain level and then only in the notes).
