Analysing baseline and endline data

Hello there,

I was working on a project involving refurbishing and equipping a Primary Health Centre (PHC), carrying out 3 health awareness campaigns and sessions for mothers. I'm currently analysing data from an end line survey containing 2 sub surveys; end line user's sub survey (~500) and a service providers (~30) one. I am trying to find out the changes in users' and workers' satisfaction with the new PHC. What kind of test should I use?

I haven't been interviewing the same people in both surveys, they were interviewed randomly. The workers however are the same.
