I ran ... a whole mile (actually a little more, but I'm only recording the one. I sprinted across two parking lots and across the street before I worked out, which didn't help my first time back to the gym since my move! I used a spin bike for the rest of my sweat). More tomorrow!
No excuses! I was hurting today, and ran yesterday. Still, I know tomorrow I'll have too much alcohol in me to workout lol So I got my miles in today! Half-way through the run I was thinking "I feel a lot worse right now than I did this time into the run yesterday ... ugh!" haha
