Best statistical analysis for air quality treatment


We have a study that evaluates our air treatment process for a large facility. In our study, we used two facilities, the first has air treatment and the second does not. Both facilities are occupied during the day with adults and children.

During the study period of 30 days, we gathered 24-hr average data for each facility that includes dust concentrations, number of adults, number of children, and the outside temperature.

Here is how the data looks like

We performed multiple t-tests for the dust concentrations, with and without air treatment.

Now, we want to test the difference between dust concentrations for both facilities with the interactions or effects of the other parameters (number of adults, number of children, and the outside temperature).

Can someone please suggest the best statistical method to perform our analysis?
