Best statistical method to analyze multiple individual data points taken on different specimens at different times

#1
I have an animal study where we have only one data point per animal and we have a few data points at each of 4 timepoints. Our assumption is that the effect size increases with time. What is the best way to analyze all of the data points and incorporate the time affect instead of just analyzing the individual timepoints? Thanks in advance.

Could you tell us how many animals there were at time points 1, 2, 3, or 4, respectively?
Whatdid you measure frm each animal? What do you actually mean by effect size - effect
size from which statistical analysis, from which comparison? Maybe you could describe
the research topic and the actual reserach questions.

With kind regards
