Best statistical test to use

Hi,

I am trying to find if there are any significant differences between affected and not affected in a patient study. It is based on allele type so for example -

HLA A
Affected - 25
Not affected - 4

HLA B
Affected - 18
Not affected - 7

This is for all affected vs not affected and then I want to do specific symptoms vs not affected

HLA B
Skin Rash - 8
Not affected - 1

HLA C
Skin Rash - 13
Not affected - 5

Could anyone help with whats the best kind of tests to run as I am stuck

How did you choose the sample size?

Also, are the same patients in more than one of those above tables?
