Bond Strength

#1
I’m an engineer with some data to analyze, but I’m not sure I know how. I have three sets of tensile strength data for bond strength, each with a different material. In each set, I have only a handful of actual bond failures (8 of 29, 2 of 30 and 4 of 30); the balance of each are material failures. I think that this is an insufficient number to do a meaningful analysis of the bond strength. The bond is generally stronger than the materials, the ideal situation.

I have thought about doing an analysis of the tensile strength of the assembly rather than of the bond itself. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
