Categorical Variable as IV, Categorical variable as Moderator and Continuous variables as DV

Hello all, I am not sure how to proceed with analysis when I have Categorical Variable 1 as IV, Categorical variable 2 as Moderator and two continuous variable as DV.
Attached is my sample data file. Can someone help?

As I understand it, just looking at DV1, "Do any differences between the means of the CV1 groups depend on which M group the subject is in?" and the way to find out is to see if there is a significant interaction between CV1 and M in the two way anova.
The same for DV2. This assumes that DV1 and DV2 are of separate interest. It is possible to do both DVs at once using a two way manova.
