Cochran–Armitage test in R

#1
How can I perform a Cochran–Armitage test in R? I know some primary information about it, but I'm looking for more examples.
This is my table:

..............................score
....sex.............low.......high
...male.............3............57
...female.........10.........50

Thanks,

I don't like opening files if I don't need to. You should be able to paste your code and results in without an issue. You can even wrap your code in code tags to make it look nice

Code:
[CODE]
a <- rnorm(20)
[/C0DE]
once parsed (and after replacing the 0 in code with a O) will look like
Code:
a <- rnorm(20)
You can even add some decent syntax highlighting by using code="clike" instead of just CODE in your tag.
