Comparing likelihood ratios:please help!!!

#1
Hi to all. I desperately need a method to compare positive and negative likelihood ratios of a diagnostic test within two strata (e.g. likelihood ratio in subjects aged 70 or more vs. likelihood ratio in subjects < 70 yrs).
For example, i have two PLR (14 and 7) for the two strata, with 95% CI, but i'm unable to compare them!!! Does any simple calculator exist? Or an appropriate STATA command??
I should try with a test for homogeneity, but i am unable to obtain a result both with SPSS and STATA. Likelihood ratios should be mathemathically similar to risk ratios...what should i do??? Anyone could help me please?
Thank You all
