I have a problem I do not understand. I always end up with result 0.99 instead of 1. See lines 22 and 40: http://pastebin.com/hVcLbVAW Am I not supposed to get 1?

Here is the full scenario (from the paste):

We are measuring how many times per week people practice sports.

absolute frequencies (e.g. 10 people practice sports 3 times per week)
nr. of times sport practice per week | nr. of people
0 | 18
1 | 20
2 | 22
3 | 10
4 | 3
5 | 1
6 | 1

relative frequencies
0 18/75 = 0,24
1 20/75 = 0,27
2 22/75 = 0,29
3 10/75 = 0,13
4 3/75 = 0,04
5 1/75 = 0,01
6 1/75 = 0,01
______
TOTAL 1 = 0,99

absolute cumulative frequencies
0 18
1 18+20=38
2 38+22=60
3 60+10=70
4 70+3=73
5 73+1=74
6 74+1=75

relative cumulative frequencies
cumulative percentage
18/75 0,24 | 0,24
38/75 0,51 | 0,24+0,27=0,51
60/75 0,8 | 0,24+0,27+0,29=0,8
70/75 0,93 | 0,24+0,27+0,29+0,13=0,93
73/75 0,97 | 0,24+0,27+0,29+0,13+0,04=0,97
75/75 1 | 0,24+0,27+0,29+0,13+0,04+0,01+0,01=0,99
