Determining Chi-squared test of independence

Hello all,

I need to test if the values I'm seeing for the table below are statistically significant. And because these are categorical variables, believe I need to use Chi-Squared test of independence. However, not sure how to actually do this calculation in Excel. Any thoughts or suggestions?
