EXCEL - meaning of ANOVA tests

Hi

My uni class is having so much confusion with which analysis to use. We know it should be an ANOVA. Apparently our lecturer keeps saying not to use repeated measures ANOVA (I can't view some of the lectures.../I think my computer, so I can't verify). I have used anova two factor without replication (is this repeated measures?) from everything I have looked at I thought not. Some are saying we should be running the single factor ANOVA but that does not make sense to me and it shows no significant differences. We have to analyse one group (15subjects) who do 4 tests and in those four tests they have 3 time points - baseline test/test after placebo/ test after placebo removed
I think we are getting confused with what the excel anova titles actually mean. Am I using the right test?

Pretty sure I have worked it out and am confident I am using the right analysis but if anyone has anything to add I am always keen to have better understanding. Cheers
