expanding my data

#1
I have a quick question: I am working on a project that involves conducting some research and collecting data based on actual measurements. The data consists of nine vectors and 1,000 samples.

Based on these actual measurements, I would like to expand my data (i.e. variate each element by randomly generated numbers). I have been looking into "Random Variate Generator" and other operations but I got confused. Could someone tell me how I can get started? Let's assume based on the 1,000 samples, I would like to expand the data to 10,000 (to proof my hypothesis that it works with large numbers). Any tools that can help me do that?

Thanks
