For part one, What do you think the absolute value of zero is?

For part two, Use the half-normal distribution pdf i.e. E[Y_2] = Sqrt[2/Pi].

If you're implying the answer is 0 I don't think that's quite right. Unless I'm missing what you're hinting at. I think your second hint applies to the part one as well though - or it can at least be used for part one.
