Factor analysis, determinant < .00001

#1
I conducted a factor analysis on the Job Satisfaction scale made by Spector (1985), as it contains 9 dimensions.
My determinant is below 0.00001, which should indicate multicollinearity. However, no items correlate > 0.8. So what to do with that?
And I measure job satisfaction as a whole, so why is multicollinearity between these subsets a problem?

I can't remove items, I already conducted the survey.

I hope someone can help, thanks in advance.
