Finding the Target mean?

#1
Hi, I am taking an online Statistics course, and am having a hard time figuring out how to setup this problem. I would appreciate any help I can get, I am a statistics beginner and want to learn the steps in solving this questions.

" San Juan Green Tea is sold in 1/2 liter ( 500 ML) bottles. The SD for the filling process in 10 ML. If the process requires a 1 percent, or smaller, probability of over-filing, defined as over 495 ML, what must the target mean for the process be?"

So far I got:

pop mean= 500 SD= 10 n=1 Sample mean= 495, this is what i understood from the question?

if anyone can give some insight on how to solve this question I would really appreciate it.

Thanks :)
