Fixing behavioural difference of demographics

Currently collecting employment/working satisfaction data from survey at different countries. Same set of questions is used. I have come across that people from some countries tend to be more optimistic/pessimistic than others.
How can I take their answering behaviour into consideration when reporting overall and detailed country results? Method should be fair and not manipulating any data.
Data collected is on 7 point scale with 7 being strongly agree, 1 being strongly disagree.
Should I do weighing? If this is the case, how can I fairly weigh the countries accordingly.
