Help Selecting Statistical Test

I have some gene expression data to analyze and I'm unsure which statistical test to use.
I have 4 different strains of cells all grown under the same condition. I measured the expression of 5 different genes in each strain. I want to know for each gene if there is any difference between the expression levels between the strains, but I don't care if there are differences between the genes. (i.e. I want to know if expression of gene A is different between strain 1, 2, 3, and 4, and I want to know if gene B is different in strain 1, 2, 3, and 4, but I don't care about how gene A relates to gene B). I'm afraid that a one-way ANOVA or just t-tests don't account for the multiple comparisons, but I'm also not sure that a two-way ANOVA is appropriate because I'm not looking for differences between the genes, just between the strains.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance!
