What do you mean by method validation stats? Test of the assumptions of a given method? If so I have done lots and lots of threads on that recently :)
method comparison using bland-altman etc

precision including repeatibility and reproducibility

linearity

stability

mainly verification of a new assay on an analyser or of an existing assay on a new analyser

a lot of this is covered by CLSI protocols, especially EP15-A3 for which Analyse-it provides support, but it's very expensive so i was looking into using R

We have a solid group of R experts (aka fanatics) on this board so you probably could get suggestions on if this exists in R.
