How to analyze dichotomous DV with between- and within-subjects factors?

Hello everybody,

I am designing a study and need to make sure I'll be able to analyze the data (or else I will modify the design). For the analysis, I would have a dichotomous dependent variable (correct/incorrect) and 3 factors. One of the factors is age group, a between-subjects factor with 2 levels. But the other two are within-subjects factors (one with 2 levels and one with 4 levels). Is it possible to run this analysis? I had no luck asking a psychology stats professor, but I have found papers using multi-level mixed logit models -- is that the correct approach?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and please let me know if more information is needed to address this issue. Thank you very much in advance!

Generalized estimating equations (GEE), for example, can handle repeated measures of a dichotmous variable.

With kind regards
