The trick to answer this is whether the probability is independent or dependent (ignoring the issue of conceding).

to be honest i do not know if the conceding of one team has any relation with the scoring of the other

i suppose it has,but i do not know for sure

Can you find out? Nothing in what you presented explains why this is even referenced.

If you assume it has no impact then you have to determine if how much each team scores depends on how much the other team scores (the probability of scoring is dependent). Or if they are independent. Knowing that answers the question.
