How to determine when all subjects have reached a minimum test result

#1
Hi..I'm studying a medical procedure that consists of drawing blood samples at 0, 1, 3, 5, 10 and 15 minutes after injecting a drug to see if it raises the levels of a hormone.
I have the test results for each time point in continuous variables (time0, time1, time3...) for each subject. I would like to know at which time point had all the subjects reached a specific value. How can I determine which time point does this have occurred in spss? Thank you.

Less is more. Stay pure. Stay poor.

What is your sample size?

Create an indicator variable for each time variable (if X1 > threshold...), then run frequencies on each. Sorry not more specific - not an SPSS person.
