How to perform conditional logistic regression analysis on matched pairs, when you don't have time-to-event data?

#1
I have atherosclerosis data set matched for age and gender. My doctoral advisory members suggested me to perform conditional logistic regression instead of binary logistic regression. As we have started just one year ago we don't have followup data so there in no time-to-event data. But in SPSS asks for time-to-event data for cox regression. I am not sure if there are any other way if we can perform this analysis. any help would be appreciated.Thanks.

Proportional hazard regression is similar to logistic regression, but is its own approach. If you don't have time-to-event information use logistic regression. Now if you have matched observations, then use conditional logistic regression.

You are likely trying to use the wrong model given your description.
