How to quantify the error in regression

I have data (C) as function of time (t). I fitted to a nonlinear model C=f(t). Now I need to use the fitted model to make predictions at later time let say t=tf.
I get Cf=f(t=tf)=80 for example. But how to calculate the error?. I mean it should be 80 plus minus error. How to calculate this error?

Thanks a lot. Yes I mean the difference between the the real data and model predictions.
Now If I want to report the predicted (calculated) result. Can I write like: Predicted results= 80+- abs(model-prediction)?
