Interpret the coefficient

In a study of melanoma, survival times in months were obtained for 214 patients.
The following potential explanatory variables were considered: sex
(coded 0 for female and 1 for male), site of melanoma (coded 0 for axial and
1 for extremity), whether there was ulceration (1 for yes and 0 for no) and tumour
thickness in mm. A Cox proportional model was fitted with the following

interpret the coefficients of Sex, Site, TumTh and Ulceration in terms of the hazard rate.

I think the question wants me to use the "" exp(coef)" values but i am not sure how to analysis this? What is the exp(coef) an coef?
