Interpretation of regression

I am new at this, can you please help me? I should I interpret this result? Not sure, because F statistics is good but model fit is really bad.

Well it is what it is. Looks like you have one variable in the model and it explains 1% of variability in outcome in a sample greater than 300. My question would be if you have anymore suspected predictors?
