Is there a test that can be used to compare these?!?

I did a project which aggregated the total costs of 4 different treatment modalities for the same medical condition. I have granular data about the various amounts (in dollars) of the contributors of each element (salaries, equipment, etc) for each of the 4 treatment modalities. Does any test exist that will produce a p-value to compare these treatments?
If I understand correcly, you have 4 means for each element, but not the values themselves. If you have the number of of modalities used to calculate these means, AND the standard deivation, then yes. You can use an ANOVA.
