line 1:1 test

Hi, all!
I have two groups of data. One is the observations and the other is the model output. When the data are plotted in the scatterplot (the x-axis is obsevation and the y-axis is the model output), the more close to the 1:1 line the dots are, the better of my model. My question is : How can I test my data are close to the 1:1 line enough (which means that the RMSE between my model output and observation are small enough in a significant level)? Thank you very much!!
