McNemars Chi squared Test Results

Hi All,

Hope this is the right place. I am QC ing some work of my senior and I am getting some drastically different P values for McNemar's tests. I'm using stata. Here is an example:

Now as I understand McNemars this equates to 5 subjects with higher scores at week 4, 15 with lower scores and 20 unchanged.

This gives a p value of 0.0253

The stated mcnemars chi squared test p value is 0.386

If I am wrong where is my error?

Any help appreciated

You have an ordinal scale with 4 levels here, but
McNemar's test is for dichotomous dependent variables.
Maybe different software handles this differently?
