Measurement accuracy

Hello everyone,
I'm working on a study that involves 4 measurement methods of the same items (10 samples). The nature of the measurement is binary (Either right or wrong). To compare the accuracy of these 4 methods is it best to use Cochran Q as if dealing with a repeated measure? or using Cochran Alpha as in measuring internal consistency. And if it's the later, how can I distinguish which method is more accurate since it just gives an overall value? or should I use something else entirely?
Thanks in advance
