Missing values in a variable

Hi, I am a new user of SPSS and statistics learner. I have collected some data and some of them have missing values in it. Can I do the analysis only for the full data available? Thanks for your help

The important thing is to contemplate why data are missing. That information will help dictate how you should proceed.

Thanks for your reply. The data is retrospective in nature, so the only possible explanation would be not recorded right?

But was there a systematic reason why they weren't recorded? You should also look up MCAR, MAR, NMAR.
