I have a joint pmf table where I found the E(X) to be 3.98 and the E(Y) to be 6.65. How do I find P(X>Y)? I will post the initial here:

On a randomly chosen day, let X be the number of people visiting the Argument Clinic, and let Y represent the number of people applying for a fish license.

You have the joint pmf table. If you want P(X > Y) you just sum all the probabilities associated with cells where X>Y.
