Predicting Order of NHL draft

#1
Hi,

I'm a huge a NHL fan and I thought it would be interesting to figure out the probability of a particular player being picked at a particular rank based on the rankings of various "experts" that are available to the public. I have a database of about 10 yrs worth of actual NHL drafts and the rankings of 4-5 various "experts" prior to the drafts.

ex:

Joe Blow 1995 picked #1 was ranked #1, #2, #1, #3, #2 by various "experts"
Nic Blow 1995 Picked #5 was ranked #3, #4, #5, #10, #8 by same "experts"

Who Ever 1996 picked #10 was ranked #7, #20, #13, #8, #22

I have this almost complete set of data for over 100 players for each year of the last 10 drafts.

I want to know what are the probabilities that Next Star who is ranked #5, #10, #4, #13, #7 will go at #1, at #2, at #3, at #4 etc...as well as Next Star2 and Next Bust, etc..

How would I go about using this data to determine these probabilities.

I have access to NCSS and Statistical Innovation products or I could pop into my alma mater to use their stats lab.

Thanks
