r values, which section?

#1
Having conducted various Pearsons tests to test for relationships, i have noted the r value for each of the variables tested. I understand that +1 entails a perfect positive relationship, -1 a perfect negative relationship and 0no relationship at all. From my four tests I have found that I have r values of:

.3 = Very weak positive relationship
-.3 = Very weak negative relationship
-.4 = Very weak negative relationship
-.9 = Very strong negative relationship

Can someone just confirm that I have this correct please?

Now that I have established and analysed these figures which part of my study am I best to put them? Should I state the r values of each relationships with my graphs in my results section and should I state the r values of these relationships when discussing them in my discussion section?

I know what needs to be included just confused with the structuring.
Thanks

Yes to both sections.
