Robust Bootstrapped tests (ANOVA, T test)

#1
I am reading into robust tests and one of the questions that I have revolve around the bootstrapped version of robust tests. For instance, in addition to the Yuen t test based on trimmed means, there is also the bootstrapped version of the Yuen test. Additionally, for the robust version of a 1 way ANOVA based on trimmed means, there is similarly a bootstrapped version of it. I was curious what the difference is between the bootstrapped and "normal" versions of these tests and when I would want to use the bootstrapped version.

These robust functions are in this package (https://mran.microsoft.com/snapshot/2016-10-12/web/packages/WRS2/vignettes/WRS2.pdf)
