Spurious?

#1
Hi there!

If i am doing a multiple linear regression in SPSS, and have a model where:

1.Market orientation -> Information Quality
2.Information Quality -> Analytical CRM
3.Information Quality + Analytical CRM -> Marketing Innovation

...and where i theoretically know that Market Orientation might predict Information Quality, but also a part of Analytical CRM (perhaps IQ mediates it).

Will this be a "spurious" model?
Should i do:
1. Market Orientation + Information Quality -> Analytical CRM? Instead of Information Quality -> Analytical CRM ?

I can only use SPSS, and it has to be done in "models" (with for example method "Enter"), being one model at the time.

After this i will also do: Information Quality+Analytical CRM -> Marketing Innovation.
