Statistical Method Help!

Paired data statistical method help?

I have a set of data that I would like to test a hypothesis against (H0: Mean Difference = 0 vs. H1: Mean Difference <> 0). I have a time 1 and time 2 data (paired data) after some form of treatment. n=65 and scores range from 0-10. My data is non-normal and for that reason I thought I should use a nonparametric test. I originally thought I should use the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test but my data contains zero differences (a significant amount) between time 1 and time 2 for many individuals. So my data is not continuous data, which violates the assumptions of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. So my question is what statistical method would be best to test my hypothesis of H0: Mean Difference = 0 vs. H1: Mean Difference <> 0? Any help would be much appreciated!!! Would a paired t-test after bootstrapping be the best way to go for this data?
