Hi, We have average, std, LCL and UCL. We report all the raw data as produced from the process including non-conforming data. The customer gives feedback on number of non conforming tests and number of expected tests. I need to understand how they come up with expected data by analyzing the data

I have a customer who rates the performance of my company process performance based on the data, he gives us the average, LCL and UCL but he finds number of samples out of specs. I would like to know how do tey inteprete such data
