Answers of repeated question

#1
I have a questionnaire in which a question is repeated in several variations, and I want to check if a particular respondent was consistent in his answers to these questions (did he answer the same question the same answer), what statistical test do I use in SPSS?

If you just n=1 particular respondent you want to check, I'd say that you don't need a test.
Tests are about inferring statements about populations, based on sample data, but here
you just want to say something about one particular case.

Thank you for your answer. What about if I want to see if the answer for repeated questions for all the respondents as a group is consistent?

It depends on the response scale. A binary scale differs from e.g. a 4-point rating scale or e.g. a 10cm visual analogue scale.

You could calculate Cronbach's alpha for internal consistency.
You could use the "nonparametric" Friedman test as a global
test of whether some items produce higher (or lower) scores
than the other.

BTW, the term Likert scale does not refer to the 5 point response
scale of single items, but to instrument which consists of multiple
items which jointly measure the same thing and which are summed up.
