Bray-Curtis Explanation

Bit of a lightweight in statistics here, seeking a clear explanation of what the Bray-Curtis analysis means on the data I am looking at. The Bray-curtis was analyzing the effect of time and treatment on the mouse microbiome and these are the resulting statistics (picture attached). Can someone explain to me like I am 6 years old how to understand how the F.Model, R^2 and Pr(>F) values are analyzed in reference to the Bray-Curtis model?
