Help interpreting residual plots

I'm quite new to modelling and I'm at a loss on how to interpret a few residual plots I've generated in SAS (DFBETAS and Pearson/Unstandardised Pearson residual plots).
I have 12 binary variables and one continuous variable. The sample size is ~2000 and the outcome=345.
I don't understand what they're showing me really, or what the y-axis means (x-axis is obviously the individuals in my study). 'Ageint' is the only continuous variable in my study - the others are binary (yes/no).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
