Is there any way to expand the data entry box?

Most forums I follow, including many that use vBulletin, have a little button in the lower right corner of the data entry box that allows me to expand the box so I don't have to keep scrolling up and down.

Is that a setting I need to change somewhere?

In the lower right of the input it should look like there are some lines in the corner of the input box. You can click and drag on that to make the text box bigger/smaller.

Yes, that's what I was referring to. I see it on most forums I follow, but it's not here on this one -- at least not on my screen. I also hovered the pointer over that corner to see if it was there, but I just couldn't see it. No joy.
