multiple comparisons in dummy coding versus ANOVA

SPSS regression for, say, four groups (hence 3 dummy variables) provide p values for each dummy B, unadjusted for multiple comparisons.

However, a parallel oneway ANOVA using the same 4 groups requires a tests of multiple comparisons, e.g. Tukey test.

Shouldn't the multiple Bs in regression similarly require adjusting for multiple comparisons?
