what does phi value say about the association between the two above variables? Chi-square test comparing earned off campus privilege POST Treatment and treatment group.

The Phi value describes the association between the two variables within the present sample (n=50).
In the sample, Phi has a medium to large size. How much the variables are associated in the
population, we do not know (due to sampling error).
