Post thank you function reactivated

Post thank you is back on, but I am shocked to find out that old thank you counts are lost. I am very sorry about this. During the upgrade I uninstalled the old version of the thank you plugin, which was a mistake, I should've disabled it instead. Next time I know what to do. I feel terrible about it. Please accept my apologies.
