I have a research design :

As it can be seen
A, B, C are independent variables; D is a mediator and E is the dependent variable.
While A and C has an effect on D, B and D has a correlation.
In this research
- I guess the best way for analyzing is SEM however the relation between B and D is confusing.
I would like to ask
1. what would be the best statistical method for analysis
2. How can I calculate the number of participants? (I looked for G-power software but for this model, it looks like it is not possible to calculate)
